Tracy Stefan is a results driven, Executive Licensed Assistant that joined The Jaime Gervasi Team in 2014. She is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, graduated high school from Wilde Lake in Columbia, MD where she earned a full Division 1 tennis scholarship to the honor’s University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC). Tracy played all four years in one of the top spots on the team and then continued through a fifth year with the team as the Women’s Assistant Coach. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Minor in Writing.

Tracy continues to exude what it is to be a team player in all aspects of her life, and there is no exception when it comes to her various roles & responsibilities on the Jaime Gervasi Team of Keller Williams Legacy Metropolitan. In 2017 she was awarded the EA Extradornaire Award from the Market Center. Daily you will find her working hard to move the team forward or may have seen her at a couple of the Company’s Family Reunions or even helping others at Mega Relief – Houston, and on an Executive Assistant Panel at Keller Williams Flagship.

Committed to always working to be the best version of herself, she has also successfully completed countless other professional development courses throughout her time with the Jaime Gervasi Team, including and not limited to “The Perfect Real Estate Assistant”, “The Perfect Operations Team”, “Career Visioning”, as well as “The Six Personnel Perspectives”. Keller Williams is also grateful to have her serve on the Culture Committee for the last 2 years, where she goes out of her way weekly in finding opportunities to help plan, organize, and ensure the communities in which we serve daily and Keller William’s Red Day for the Market Center positively impacts as many lives as possible.

Tracy is a true leader and asset to any team or organization. She continually strives to exceed the needs of her clients, team, brokerage, and community. Her attention to detail with each transaction allows everyone involved to feel comfortable and confident that they are going to experience a seamless transaction.
